About Kathrine Sandeløv.
MENTALOOP is owned and operated by Kathrine Sandeløv. The core of my services is to help people gain an understanding of their own ability to and influence on creating significantly better results in their interaction with others. Through increased awareness and adaptation of own behaviour, thoughts and behavioral patterns in the interaction with others, we can all achieve much more than we often expect. The redemption and liberation from self-made barriers that my clients experience again and again is my absolute driving force in MENTALOOP.
Being a professional business coach and facilitator for more than 10 years, I have contributed to the personal and professional growth of business leaders and management teams in both small and large companies, including international companies and public organizations. My contribution is based on more than 30 years of experience in development processes.
EDUCATION AND BACKGROUND
Alongside my personal career, I have trained coaching, process consultation and management in Denmark and abroad.
In my work, I am subject to the ICF Code of Ethics which corresponds to the ethical principles of Nordic psychologists. It is very important to me that my clients experience being met with their reality as the starting point and that they feel respected, heard and never exposed.
As a consultant, I have a serious, present and ambitious approach to all tasks. The palette of methods applied by me is wide. After a thorough pre-analysis, I design the right process, while taking a dynamic and result-oriented approach to the task.
