You will develop good habits, train structures and learn to use tools that – based on a pragmatic and goal oriented approach lead you towards the goals you have set for yourself.

The module is based on traditional coaching, but is not based on a fixed structure. On the contrary, the process is dynamic and focused on your real challenges, for which reason many different methods may come into play. During the module, we continuously correct your action based on events in your surroundings while maintaining your focus and flow.

  • Definition and demarcation of your goal so that you know in which direction you want to move.
  • Awareness of how to practice and strengthen self-management.
  • A foundation of good habits and structures that you can use in all goal-oriented work.
  • Practice in the ability to stand firm and keep direction – also when you come into a tailspin.
  • Increased awareness of strengths, resources and the handling of challenges.
  • Ongoing practice training and constructive feedforward.
  • Continuous monitoring and tireless support.

The module can be extended so that you are able to work on a specific, short-term goal related to a long-term development goal. Focus can be both private or professional in its nature.


DURATION AND METHOD

Typically, five sessions of 90 minutes. Sessions can be held at the company or externally.
