The feedback module is aimed managers who want direct, personal feedback aimed at developing their moderator style.

Fine tuning of and focus on small details can create great changes in the yield of meetings for even highly experienced moderators. The moderator’s focus, involvement and conscious attention to their own and others' behavior and communication are the main keys to more efficient meetings and meetings of high quality.

The feedback will be based on your challenges as a moderator or on your curiosity as to developing your moderator style.

DURATION AND METHOD

I attend three to four selected meetings as an observer with professional secrecy. You get feedback after each meeting during a confidential meeting at the company. The module is finalized after having formulated a concrete action plan based on highly employable methods and tools.

Experienced managers say about this module that they wish they had known about it earlier in their career, as it would have given their leadership and management style a boost earlier.
