High performance leadership focuses on developing and sharpening your managerial maturity – your ability to lead in a balanced way, involving both determination and heart so that your communication is clearer and you achieve greater results through your team.


By practicing the use of proven tools, you strengthen your ability to build productive teams that contribute actively and motivatedly to common tasks and that pull in the same direction.

Depending on the task, you will work consciously with your influence and with ensuring backup for your vision – upwards as well as downwards in the organization. You will work with handling your team's scepticism and commitment, coordination between departments and with the joint communication from the management team to the organization. In addition, you will practice using tools for both individual and team leadership as well as team management.

Based on a thorough pre-analysis and conversation with you, I put together a customized process with a concrete business goals as the focal point. The tools and input you get are directly employable in practice in your organization and based on your daily work life and complex reality.

DURATION

The duration of the process depends on the nature of the task, but is expected to take a minimum of six months.

Based on a focused and structured plan, I basically stand by your side as a coach, motivator and sparring partner while you practice new habits and the use of new tools while at the same time, you yourself lead your team through the process.

If you wish to save time or to have the opportunity to observe the team from the sideline, I will step in as a facilitator and team coach in selected processes; we will continuously agree on what is needed.

Individual interviews can, if preferred, be conducted externally or via conference calls. Performance goals set as part of the process will always be followed up on.

As an extra service, is it possible to employ process techniques and tools in relation to the management team. This creates a shared learning loop that provides a cohesive working language and makes you and your team appear as one towards the rest of the organization.
