A professional profile test by e-stimate is a useful tool in both team and leadership development as well as in personal career navigation.
 

The interpersonal profile test is research-based and developed with the Scandinavian business culture as the framework. The test is based on a DISC profile, but has greater depth and provide more details – for example, it measures eight character traits rather than just four.

In a team context, a profile test is excellent for setting the framework for team performance and efficiency or for putting together the right team of managers or employees.

DURATION AND METHOD


I am a certified test consultant trained by e-stimate. The test is made online before the meeting. Results are handed over in person during a one-hour meeting. In teams, profile results are handed over during a focused, half-day workshop.
